Returns & Refunds

We want you to sleep better — literally. If a Nightful product isn't right for you, here's how returns work.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, eye masks can only be returned if unopened.

How to start a return

Email us at alshamsis164@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, no return shipping needed.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or our error.
